Coffee Stabilizer
Prototype formulation for reducing perceived bitterness while maintaining the original character of brewed coffee.
Objective
Evaluate whether a small liquid addition can make black coffee smoother and less harsh without making it taste flavored, sweetened, or stripped of its coffee identity.
